Counselling for Anxiety & Stress

Grief and Loss Support
Grief is a natural but deeply painful part of the human experience. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a life path, or a part of yourself, your feelings are valid—and you don't have to carry them alone.
In grief support sessions, we hold space for:
- Processing complicated emotions like guilt, anger, or numbness
- Finding meaning and peace after loss
- Honouring your loved one or what was lost
- Gently moving forward, in your own time

Support Through Loss, Fertility & Pregnancy After Loss
The journey to parenthood can be deeply emotional—whether you're grieving a pregnancy or infant loss, navigating the uncertainty of infertility, or carrying a child after loss. These experiences often bring a mix of grief, hope, fear, and emotional exhaustion. You're not alone, and you don’t have to process it all by yourself.
Support includes:
- Grieving miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss
- Emotional support for fertility challenges and treatments
- Holding space for hope and fear during pregnancy after loss
- Navigating anxiety, guilt, or fear during a pregnancy after loss
- Honouring your story and the love that exists alongside loss

Reconnection with Yourself
Sometimes we lose touch with who we are—after trauma, loss, burnout, or just the weight of everyday responsibilities. These sessions are designed to help you gently return to yourself, reconnecting with your values, needs, and identity.
Together, we explore:
- Who you are beyond the roles you play (partner, parent, professional)
- What brings you joy, purpose, and meaning
- How to rebuild your self-esteem and sense of self-worth
- Practices for self-compassion and inner peace
This is your space to feel seen, heard, and reminded of your wholeness.
